MI-4044 ribbon mike. It may have been sold in 1941.
The RCA 77 series was used from the 1930s to about 1960 by many of the great performers such as Groucho Marx, Bing Crosby, Judy Garland, Kate Smith, Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash and Johnny Carson.
